On the Order Lookup put your email address and the receipt number.

Then a verification code will be sent to your email address. Log in to your email to retrieve the verification code and click Submit Verification Code.

You have now the option to cancel or refund. Click on which option you prefer.

Lastly, a ticket will be created and your request will be processed within 24 hours.
