ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: 

We are proud in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact ClickBank HERE within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, otherwise it will be too late. After 24 hours, it will be accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and / or shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and / or shipped.

REFUND POLICY:

How can I get a refund for my product?

Here at The Cosmos , customer satisfaction is our top priority, that is why we make things easy as one, two, three like our refund policy. We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is imperative to report any missing, damaged, or 'item not as described" in a timely manner and we will be more than happy to process a valid refund claim.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing. And then our systems have to talk to your systems before the funds show back up in your account.
